Chopping boards in biodegradeable bamboo. Bamboo is as hard and durable as oak but weighs only about half.

You will notice the boards have no grooves. The reason is that well prepared meat maintains its juice. Always let your meat rest after frying and only cut it after approx. 20 mins that way the juice will not be lost and hence makes a groove unnecessary.
